He begins with a brief review of PAD, presents five different noninvasive vascular tests, emphasizing the superior diagnostic effectiveness of combined skin perfusion pressures and pulse volume recording testing. He presents a clinically useful application of the angiosome concept with illustrative case reports

William Knudson, DPM provides a comprehensive review of pediatric flexible flatfoot deformity. How to perform an appropriate H&P, including a pertinent biomechanical exam, is discussed. He addresses proper radiographic evaluation and identification of planar deformity. Emphasis is then placed on surgical intervention, including determination of surgical candidates and selection of appropriate procedures. Various surgical techniques are explained in detail including gastroc-recession, arthroereisis, Evans, Kidner, Cotton, and metadductus correction. Finally, 3 case studies are presented to solidify these concepts.
