Tailors Bunions are repaired in a manner that is very similar to Hallux Abducto Valgus deformities. To adequately address the deformity you must reduce the intermetatarsal angle. The 2.0 cannulated screw allows for a more, gentle, precise, stable fixation for the 5th metatarsal osteotomy. This is illustrated in the presentation.Other procedures used to repair Tailors Bunions are discussed as well. Four case presentations illustrate unusual problems affecting the 5th metatarsal.
