This lecture will help define new techniques for diagnosis and treatment of Onychomycosis. It will discuss a pathway and relationship between diabetes, Onychomycosis. It will hopefully serve to direct the practitioner and resident in a more specific treatment regiment when he or she is faced with this non cosmetic disease.
