Dr. Greger provides an indepth lecture on the various methods of regional anesthesia for foot and ankle surgery. She begins by discussing the innervation of the lower extremity, and then describes the regional blockade techniques of these nerves including femoral, saphenous, popliteal, and ankle blocks. The importance of a multimodal approach to post operative pain control is also described.

This lecture by Dr, Warren Joseph, DPM, FIDSA explaims how most physicians have been taught that "osteomyelitis is a surgical disease" and that the "gold standard" of treatment is the use of 4-6 weeks of intravenous antibiotics following aggressive surgical debridement. Surprisingly, there is little to no human evidence to support either of these treatment options.

Introduction to Clubfoot Talipes Equinovarus |

Dr. Yung provides an indepth lecture on the complicated topic of talipes equinovarus. He begins by describing the pathological anatomy and radiographic findings present. The various etiologies are reviewed in detail, as well as manipulation and casting steps. The unique aspect of this lecture is that Dr. Yung shows photographs of the steps in a surgical correction for clubfoot including the incision, posterior release, medial release, adjunctive procedures, and complications.
